Raycast and Lattices.
Which fits your workflow?

Raycast brings window commands and personal scripts into a searchable command interface. Its documentation also covers custom window commands and layouts.

When Raycast makes sense

Choose Raycast when you want window placement and frequently used scripts in the same launcher. Start with built-in commands and hotkeys; add custom scripts when you need them.

When to consider Lattices

Lattices organizes named projects, groups of windows, and optional terminal sessions. A Raycast Script Command could run a Lattices terminal command, making the tools complementary. That is an integration possibility, not a tested recipe in this review.

The tradeoff to understand

Custom scripts remain code you maintain. The window-management manual documents limitations with custom-command gaps and Stage Manager layouts; check those against your setup and current plan.

Try one workflow before switching

Choose a task you repeat and check the tool’s official setup guide. Pay attention to permissions, configuration, and conflicting shortcuts. This page compares documented approaches; it does not establish compatibility between two apps running together.
